| What are the condo fees and taxes? * |
Condo fees have recently changed. Please contact us for prices on the suite(s) your interested in.
The taxes will be based on the city’s assessment of the market value per suite X the residential tax mill rate (it was .012499 in 2004). This is estimated to be less than $200 on a standard two bedroom suite.

| What is the expected completion/possession date? |
| Immediate possessions are available. |

| How are the building and suites heated and cooled? Will the fans be noisy like in some hotel rooms? |
| Fan coil forced air systems. The fans are slightly quieter than a standard forced air furnace. |

| Where are the heating / cooling units located in the suites? |
| Most are in the laundry room ceiling. Some are located in the master bath ceiling. 8’ ceiling. |

| Why are there sinks in all the kitchen islands? |
| Shown for demonstration purposes. Purchasers will have option to relocate if suite is purchased prior to final rough in. |

| Are there power outlets on the kitchen islands? |
| Yes. |

| Do the kitchen islands have a raised eating bar? |
| Yes. |

| Do the patio doors slide open or do they open like French doors? |

| What about noise? |
Between suites: Party walls are dual insulated 2 x 4 with 1" spacing. Better than 52 sound rating.
Between Floors: manufactured I-beam with 1 and 1/2 inch light weight concrete. Hard surfaces have sound insulation layer.
Both of these have been tested with excellent results in other buildings. |

| Will the building and the suites have a water purification / softener? |
| Yes. |

| Are pets allowed? |
| Small dog or dogs (which is to say less than 14 inches high at the shoulder), a cat or cats, or bird or birds to a maximum of two (2) pets. animals no dangerous dogs |

| Is there storage? |
| There is storage room in each unit plus a 10' x 7' x 3' storage locker in the parkade. One storage locker for each unit. |

| Will you be able to enter the side exit doors with an access card? |
| Yes. |

| How will you deal with stray golf balls from the course? |
We will be working with the golf course on this issue.
It may be moot depending on anticipated changes along the 18th fairway.
One way or another a solution will be in place at final completion of the development. |

| Do the steeples on the roof serve any function? |
| Venting. |

| Are the lighthouses on the corner a part of the corner condos? If yes how will look in the condos? |

| What is the exterior of the building made of? |
| Stone, rock, stucco, asphalt shingles, wood, vinyl windows, metal eaves. |
